The fifth and final season of The Bear premieres June 25, 2026 on FX and Hulu. All eight episodes drop on Hulu at launch, while FX airs two on premiere night then weekly. Carmy has walked away from the restaurant, leaving Sydney, Richie, and Sugar to chase a Michelin star on their own.
