About The Lowdown

The Lowdown Season 2 continues the gritty story of citizen journalist Lee Raybon (Ethan Hawke), a self-proclaimed Tulsa truthstorian whose obsession with uncovering the truth keeps pulling him deeper into danger.

Season 2 expands the cast with Tommy Lee Jones and Betty Gilpin joining the critically acclaimed western-noir series on FX and Hulu. Production is set to begin in spring 2026 in Tulsa, with a fall 2026 premiere expected.
